Remove your Covern account and its cloud saves — in the game, or by email if you no longer have the app.Hapus akun Covern dan simpanan cloud-nya — lewat game, atau lewat email kalau aplikasinya sudah tidak ada.
Option 1 — in the game (instant)
- Open Covern Café Story (web, Android or iOS).
- Tap the cloud chip to open Save & Cloud and sign in.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all its cloud saves are deleted right away.
Option 2 — by email (without the app)
- Send an email to privacy@totabitstudio.com from the email address of your account.
- Subject: Delete my Covern account.
- If you write from another address, tell us the account email. We may ask you to confirm from that address so nobody else can delete your café.
We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- your account email address and password (stored hashed)
- all cloud save slots, their save times and device labels
The account is shared with the earlier Covern web game (Covern v1). Deleting it removes it for both.
What is not deleted
- Saves on your device. They never leave it; remove them by clearing the app's data, uninstalling, or clearing site data in your browser.
- Purchases. They belong to your Google Play or Apple account, not to this account, and can still be restored.
- Error reports. They contain no email, account id or save data, so they can't be linked to you. They are deleted when no longer needed to fix bugs.
Cara 1 — di dalam game (langsung)
- Buka Covern Café Story (web, Android, atau iOS).
- Ketuk ikon cloud untuk membuka Simpan & Cloud, lalu masuk.
- Ketuk Hapus akun dan konfirmasi.
Akun dan semua simpanan cloud-nya langsung terhapus.
Cara 2 — lewat email (tanpa aplikasi)
- Kirim email ke privacy@totabitstudio.com dari alamat email akunmu.
- Subjek: Delete my Covern account (atau "Hapus akun Covern").
- Kalau mengirim dari alamat lain, sebutkan email akunnya. Kami mungkin meminta konfirmasi dari alamat itu supaya kafemu tidak dihapus orang lain.
Kami membalas untuk konfirmasi dan menghapus akun paling lama 30 hari, biasanya jauh lebih cepat.
Yang dihapus
- alamat email dan kata sandi akunmu (disimpan dalam bentuk hash)
- semua slot simpanan cloud, waktu simpan, dan label perangkatnya
Akun ini sama dengan akun game web Covern sebelumnya (Covern v1). Menghapusnya berarti terhapus untuk keduanya.
Yang tidak dihapus
- Simpanan di perangkatmu. Tidak pernah keluar dari perangkat; hapus dengan menghapus data aplikasi, uninstall, atau menghapus data situs di browser.
- Pembelian. Terikat ke akun Google Play atau Apple-mu, bukan ke akun ini, jadi tetap bisa dipulihkan.
- Laporan galat. Tanpa email, id akun, atau data simpanan, jadi tidak bisa dikaitkan denganmu. Dihapus setelah tidak diperlukan untuk memperbaiki bug.
