Quick fixes

I changed phones and my purchases are gone

Open Shop › Game › Covern Store and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Google or Apple account you bought with.

My café didn't come with me to the new device

Saves live on your device unless you use cloud save. On the old device open Save & Cloud, sign in and save to a slot, then sign in with the same email on the new device and load that slot.

I can't sign in

Check the email address for typos and look for our confirmation email in your spam folder. Still stuck? Write to us from the email address of your account.

"Watch an ad" doesn't load

Rewarded videos depend on your connection and on ad availability in your region. Try again a little later. The game never needs an ad to progress.

The web version won't load

Refresh the page, update your browser, and turn off extensions that block scripts. Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox are supported.

Email support@totabitstudio.com and include:

  • your device and system (e.g. "Pixel 7, Android 15" or "iPhone 13, iOS 18")
  • web, Android or iOS, and the game version if you can see it
  • what happened and what you expected
  • a screenshot or short screen recording
  • for cloud saves: your account email

Buka Shop › Game › Toko Covern lalu ketuk Pulihkan pembelian. Pakai akun Google atau Apple yang sama dengan saat membeli.

Kafeku tidak ikut pindah ke perangkat baru

Simpanan ada di perangkatmu, kecuali kamu memakai simpan cloud. Di perangkat lama buka Simpan & Cloud, masuk, lalu simpan ke slot. Di perangkat baru masuk dengan email yang sama lalu muat slot itu.

Tidak bisa masuk

Periksa lagi penulisan email dan cek folder spam untuk email konfirmasi dari kami. Masih belum bisa? Kirim email ke kami dari alamat email akunmu.

"Tonton iklan" tidak mau muncul

Video berhadiah tergantung koneksi dan ketersediaan iklan di wilayahmu. Coba lagi beberapa saat kemudian. Game tidak pernah mewajibkan iklan untuk maju.

Versi web tidak mau terbuka

Muat ulang halaman, perbarui browser, dan matikan ekstensi yang memblokir skrip. Chrome, Safari, Edge, dan Firefox didukung.
